Synergy Texas is a volunteer-led movement developed in the fall of 2021 by Texas adult educators who serve as immigrant advocates. The aim of Synergy Texas is to address the academic and employment barriers faced by skilled immigrants in Texas and beyond. Our purpose is complex – to develop and provide resources for entities serving foreign-degreed individuals to maximize their career potential in the U.S. in alignment with their international academic achievement. Synergy Texas consists of volunteer adult education providers and subject matter experts working together to make immigrant integration achievable.
